A Day in the Life SPECIALIST CAREER STREAM: Typically an individual contributor with responsibility in a professional discipline or specialty. Delivers and/or manages projects assigned and works with other stakeholders to achieve desired results. May act as a mentor to colleagues or may direct the work of other lower level professionals. The majority of time is spent delivering and overseeing the projects – from design to implementation – while adhering to policies, using specialized knowledge and skills normally acquired through advanced education. Responsibilities Manages the marketing plan development and execution for Germany, including the development of marketing strategies, customer segmentation and targeting, implementation of campaigns and tactics. Consistently and effectively communicates appropriate product, market, clinical, and competitive information to the local sales organization. Coordinates participation in local conferences and events, including booth, contracts, and speakers. Leads new product launches, including pricing strategy, internal training, dissemination of promotional materials, internal and external communications, and launch tracking. Ensures the dissemination of the latest scientific data at local conferences and events. Establishes strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and leverages KOL to promote products. Manages local supply and demand activities, including prioritization of product allocations. Ensures marketing expenses stay within the approved budget (Annual Operating Plan). Supports local tender applications by providing the necessary product, technical and clinical information. Develops competitive and market intelligence in collaboration with sales organization and third parties. Must Haves Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or engineering. Min 5 years of experience in marketing in the medical device industry in a national and/or international role. Advanced IT skills in MS Office, especially Excel & PowerPoint. Good knowledge of Business Intelligence & CRM software (Tableau, PowerBI, Salesforce). Fluent in German and English. Nice to Haves Master’s degree in business, marketing, or engineering. Expertise in peripheral vascular therapies.
